Our Staff is Certified by the National Association of Personnel Consultants. The highest designation of individual professionalism within the private placement industry, is that of Certified Personnel Consultant. The CPC certificate is official recognition of education, experience and competence. It is awarded after tests in business law, ethics, general business and state law.
Bryan Dilts, CPC, founder, has been a recruiter for 13 years. He places sales and technical professionals in the software and computer industry. Having led development teams and programmed for 10 years before starting AGI, he has a solid background in his specialty. Karen Woodworth, CPC, Northeast Regional Manager, owned and operated Distinctive Recruiting for many years, specializing in Banking Accounting and IT professionals.
