Arbol Group Inc. Guarantee and Fee

All positions secured through our services are on an employer paid basis only.

There is no charge for our services until you hire the candidate we have located for you.

If your new employee is terminated or leaves your employ for any reason (other than lack of work, including workplace shutdown or closing, and/or salary cut) within a ten (10) week period, the total fee is prorated from the original date of employment, on the basis of 10% per week, provided the original invoice was paid and received in full within fifteen (15) days of the employee's starting date, and we are notified in writing within five (5) days after the employee's termination. If payment is received AFTER the fifteenth day, no warranty shall be provided or in effect.

Our fee is earned if a candidate is hired, directly or indirectly, for any position by the employer or any of its affiliates, as a result of our efforts. The fee is also earned in the event the employer refers the candidate to another employer who hires the candidate.

This fee is 33% of the employee's first year's base salary and other compensation or a reasonable estimate of the annualized hourly wage.

TERMS: Net due upon start date. Invoice will be mailed when offer is made and accepted. A 1.5 percent monthly late charge will be added to all amounts not paid within 30 days of start date.

Your acceptance of referrals from our firm constitutes your agreement with our fee schedule.
